Harry Potter : Accidental Horcrux for Lord Voldemort
Harry is a Horcrux,
This sounds a bit ODD, but we will proceed with a bit of evidence
-> ( from 'Chamber Of Secrets' )

Unless I'm much mistaken, he transferred some of his own powers to you the night he gave you that scar. Not something he intended to do, I'm sure...”
“Voldemort put a bit of himself in me?” Harry said, thunderstruck.
“It certainly seems so.”...............
So, Harry is somehow linked to Voldemort's soul.
-> The first question that pops up is why will Voldemort make Harry as his HorCrux ?
My accidental Horcrux Theory answers this question.

The story Plot is like this.....
Voldemort came to the house in which james and lily were hiding, to kill harry.
Voldemort wants to make a horcrux from harry's death.
The killing curse failed to kill harry and made him an horcrux for voldemort (accidentally), If voldemort wishes to make a horcrux out of harry's death he must have came to jame's home with an object ,
Also, Voldomort doesnot know that Harry is Horcrux for him. ;-)
-> If Harry is a Horcrux, then harry has to die to kill Voldemort, Then the second question arises about 'What about the Trelawnway's prophecy...'

Harry can't be a hoarcrux for sure. My reason being, If harry is a hoarcrux, then the ORDER of phoenix will not be consistant. In chapter 5, the Order says that, one of the two will be killed when they are trying to kill the other. So if Harry is the hoarcrux, then he should selfdestruct or U know who should kill harry which results both of them should be dead at the same time. And also, since Harry now has a girl friend in Gini weasly, te probability of Harry being a hoarcrux is less(Since Harry can't die. for logic see some tamil & telugu movies). But Since 7th series is the last part, even the unexpected can be expected.

Yes, you may be right, but is there any ground rule that PROPHECY is allways correct. Remember what happened to prophecy in matrix, it was proved that prophecy is wrong.
I guess DD is a horcrux. As DD is the most powerful wizard, volde must've known that it's the safest horcrux he can make. Also i feel DD begged Snape to kill him contrary to how it is projected. This he must've done to destroy the horcrux obviously

If DD is a horcrux, the qstn is how voldie made DD as an horcrux, whom did voldie kill infront of DD to make DD as Horcrux and one more qstn, if Voldie knows that DD is an Horcrux why will he order Draco to kill DD in the 6th book.
krishna is right...if DD is a horkrux, why wud voldie ask DM to kill DD?

I want to add one more thought to already chaos situation which is true to all the below assumptions
-> Prophecy is correct
-> Harry is a Horcrux
-> Neville kills Voldomort
I mean Neville is the boy whom prophecy is referring.
But one may argue that the other lines in prophecy, like 'that dark lord marks him as his equal....'
Right now i dont have any explanations, i will come back..definitely.
